Stuffed Chicken Recipe
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 6 ounces Large plastic food storage bags or waxed paper 1 package, 10 ounces, frozen chopped spinach 2 tablespoons butter 12 small mushroom caps, crimini or button 2 cloves garlic, cracked 1 small shallot, quartered Salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 cup part skim ricotta cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano or Romano, a couple of handfuls 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated or ground nutmeg Toothpicks 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil Sauce: 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 cup white wine 1 cup chicken broth
Place a nonstick skillet over moderate heat. When skillet is hot, add butter, mushrooms, garlic and shallot. Season with salt and pepper and saute 5 minutes. Transfer mushrooms, garlic and shallot to the food processor. Pulse to grind the mushrooms and transfer to the mixing bowl, adding the processed mushrooms to the spinach. Add ricotta and grated cheese to the bowl and the nutmeg. Stir to combine the stuffing. Return your skillet to the stove over medium high heat.
Place a mound of stuffing on each breast and wrap and roll breast over the stuffing. Secure breasts with toothpicks. Add 3 tablespoons oil to the pan, 3 turns of the pan. Add breasts to the pan and brown on all sides, cooking chicken 10 to 12 minutes. The meat will cook quickly because it is thin. Remove breasts; add butter to the pan and flour. Cook butter and flour for a minute, whisk in wine and reduce another minute. Whisk in broth and return breasts to the pan. Reduce heat and simmer until ready to serve. Remove toothpicks. Serve breasts whole or, remove from pan, slice on an angle and fan out on dinner plates. Top stuffed chicken breasts or sliced stuffed breasts with generous spoonfuls of the sauce.

Heart of Strongsville
The heart of Strongsville revolves around the center of town where lies a place I like to call the fair grounds of Strongsville. The center of Strongsville has a gazebo with rose bushes around it. I believe that these roses represent the peace of Strongsville and show the heart of Strongsville. The gazebo in the center of the town is seen at least once or more by all of Strongsville as peace place for fun and festive things. It represents the joy of Strongsville’s people and the kindness of them. The town center is seen as a tradition to people of Strongsville. It gives the people a place to celebrate holidays. This is the peace place of Strongsville.

Book Review: Malcolm X
Born as a young child to Earl and Louise Little. Malcolm x as he referred to himself because he didn’t like the last name given to his ancestors by there slave owners. Malcolm describes his life from his ups and downs. Malcolm came a long way from being little and help less to being a hustle in Harlem and then an inspired prisoner. Malcolm life was very rough do to the racism in his time period. He relied on drugs and gambling as a way of life which then led him to prison. In prison he experienced withdrawal from drugs. This led Malcolm to find peace of mind in other ways he was inspired by a group called the nation of Islam. He joined this group committing himself to Islam. When Malcolm was released from jail he had changed his life he became very active in the nation of Islam.
The autobiography of Malcolm x was written from Malcolm’s point of view. The book gives hard facts of his life, which in return give us the feeling that inspired Malcolm to do the thing that he did. Malcolm was a very inspiring individual who led many Muslims around the world. He was a man who wanted to liberate the black race and depart them from the evil white man as he referred to them. Malcolm had also told us in his autobiography that he predicts that he will be murdered in violent way. So what is Malcolm telling us, well the author Alex Haley of the autobiography of Malcolm X believes that Malcolm is still alive and is still to be written about in future history.

Epitaph
The Body of B.Henen
wrestler,
Like the smell of a mat,
its circles large and worn And Stripped of its padding and torn of its surface, Lies Here place for wrestlers,
But the experience shall not be lost,
For we are strong
its come back in time In a New and better generation more experienced and stronger By the wrestler
5.5hp beast
The 5.5hp Beast
It was candy apple red with a glossy finish yeah it had a scratch or two but it was going to be mine. Its 5.5hp engine fired up and it gave me chills like a snowman on a hot summer day. I hopped in and slammed on the gas and at 8:40 P.M all of my nieborhood herd the skidding of my fresh rubber scraping the ground like a dishwasher scrubbing a brunt pan. As I accelerated the power of the gasoline engine released an amazing torque, which rattled the body like a cell phone vibrating. It made me feel like the arrow of an Aztec warrior gliding aloft in the deep night. As I came to a stop, my heart kept on racing the go-kart until the gas had drained. It was the moment of truth should I buy this joyous four wheeled extravaganza. The price was not high, and it was the thing my heart desired the most so I did it. I counted out the money to the kid and his dad twenty, forty, sixty, eighty, one hundred and then another eighty dollars plus two Sacagawea gold coins that I had come buy. My purchase had then final been complete and I was the new owner of my Manco 5.5hp candy apple red go-kart.

I am from wrestling shoes from Adidas combat speed II and Nike kneepads
I am from the hole in the wall. (Small, round; rough.)
I am from the pine tree, the shrubas if it be me
I’m from Easter parties and round bellies, from Meena and Mary.
I’m from the sleeping and loud,
From do your homework and clean your room.
I’m from kindness and be number 1
I’m from Cleveland and Cairo, steamed rice and pita.
From the heart surgery of my mother to the
tattoo of my brother.
from the pictures in the draws to the albums on the basement floors.
I am from memories that cant be erased from the past that will always last.
